Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect – MERN Stack to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This is a leadership role where you’ll define architecture standards, mentor teams, and collaborate across departments to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and document scalable solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Define reusable components, modules, and services across the stack
• Guide development teams on coding standards and best practices
• Lead sprint planning, technical discussions, and code reviews
• Oversee backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and frontend integration
• Optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and performance
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (Redux/Context), Node.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience in RESTful and GraphQL API design
• MongoDB performance tuning and aggregation pipeline
• React performance optimization, SSR/CSR, hooks
• Hands-on with Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred Skills

• Microservices or event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Authentication/Authorization (OAuth2, JWT)
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture
