Role Objective:

Design and estimate electrical & control systems for automation solutions, ensuring standardization, costing accuracy, and seamless integration with mechanical and software teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create electrical panel layouts, wiring schematics, and component lists using EPLAN.
• Select sensors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, cables, and control panel components.
• Prepare high-level control architectures and estimate electrical load for each project.
• Build accurate electrical BOQs and costing sheets.
• Interact with OEMs in China to standardize components and gather technical specs.
• Update control components and panel BOMs into ERP system.
• Coordinate with Purchase team for pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Align control system design with mechanical layout and WCS/WMS logic.

Requirements:

• E./Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation.
• 2–4 years in electrical design/control system costing for capital equipment or automation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of EPLAN for schematic and layout design.
• Familiar with Siemens / Allen Bradley / Delta platforms and sensor technologies.
• Good understanding of industrial electrical standards, panel sizing, safety norms.
• Familiar with BOM creation and ERP updates.
• Able to coordinate across teams and vendors independently.
