Our AGV Fleet & Task Management application manages the entire fleet of AGVs and their allocated tasks from a single user friendly interface.
As an intelligent and efficient manager it controls the traffic and assigns order to each and every AGVs according to to predefined logic (availability, priorities, proximity and most economical route)

TRAFFIC & TASK MANAGEMENT
The AGV task management refers to matching the payload to the route. The AGVs must be instructed with pre-loaded information what to pickup, from where and route towards the delivery location.
There are 3 ways to create and allocate tasks. 1. Using a bar-code scanner or RFID 2. manual push button 3. through ERP / WMS. Irrespective of the method used to allocate tasks, the application manages the entire journey of AGV starting from the queuing till the final delivery zone.
Traffic Management:
This module of the application controls the navigation / passage of the AGV & it’s interaction with other AGVs deployed in the facility. If there is any external systems like automatic shutters, conveyors or lifts, they also must be controlled properly for smooth passage of the AGV. The traffic management module carries out this task as well.
